How to do Airtime Topup Collection - Web Agent

 After login into the Website, the following processes are followed for airtime topup:

 

              1. Click here for MTN Topup

              2. Choose the amount of the refill

              3. Enter the phone number of the customer

              4. Click on Continue

   

                  5. View Topup information

                  6. View the Topup amount

                  7.View the Phone number of the costumer

                  8. Click here to collect the Topup recharge

     

                   9. Confirm topup

      

                  10. Download the notification

                  11. Print the notification
