With MABS, customers can be registered on the field. when they are registered, all information is automatically synchronized to the system. the registration of a new customer is outlined below

  1. Access MABS Services
  2. Click here to register new customer
  3. Enter client information as on the national card
  4. Click this button to select the customer's region of residence
  5. Click on this button to select the customer's division of residence
  6. Customer's city
  7. Enter customers quater of residence
  8. Enter the customer's neighborhood


 

      9. Specify the street or place of reference to his or her residence

     10. enter date of birth

     11. Enter a valid phone number of the customer

     12. Enter another customer number

     13. Enter a valid email address of the customer

     14. Click this button to select the customer registration document type

      15. Enter the number that appears on the document used

      16. Choose the date it was done

      17. Enter the place of issue indicated on the document

      18. Enter the expiry date; it is shown on the document used

      19. Enter the name (as on the piece of identification) of the beneficiary of the customer's account in case of the death of customer.

      20. Enter the address which is the beneficiary's place of residence

      21. Enter his valid phone number

      22. The relationship between the account owner and the next of kin

      23. Free text area to write any necessary information about the account
