The session segment describe sessions in details, explaining how an agent can start a session, why an agent may not be able to start a session and how to view current open and past closed sessions.
To go to the sessions screen see the Navigation section for more details Any open sessions will be open will be shown on the Sessions screen as seen below To view past closed sessions, click on "show all sessions" This will bring up the "sessions list" screen with a display of all closed sessions To view more details for each session, click on one of the sessions. This will bring up the session closure report.
